Mixer Wagons

The S Series mixers are smaller economical feed mixers, yet highly configurable to suit your operation. It features a simple design with fewer moving parts. The A shaped frame allows for a tighter turning radius. Can be equipped with Tungsten Knives or either of our patented knives; the 24″ curved carbide insert knife or the serrated knife, giving you the ability to process large bales and long stem forages in this smaller mixer.

The FS Series dual mixers are all-purpose mixers featuring front/side

or rear discharges with a wide array of conveyor options and tire/axle configurations. They feature an exclusive step floor design and aggressive overlapping augers, producing an even front to back mix and a rapid and complete cleanout, all driven by synchronized heavy duty multi-stage planetary gearboxes engineered for large capacities and resistance to overloading.

The U Series dual auger mixers features a uni-body construction, making it an economical and compact lightweight mixer, riding on a fixed single or walking tandem axles. It offers the same great features such as the step floor design with overlapping augers and a wide folding conveyor, producing a consistent front to back and bottom to top mix every time. The aggressive full-flighted augers are driven by heavy duty

multi-stage planetary gearboxes designed for large capacities and resistance to overloading.

The FS Series Triple mixer has a 1700 cubic foot capacity featuring front/side or rear discharges. The mixer is carried by a heavy duty tandem walking beam or a spring or hydraulic height adjustable tridem with steering axles for easy maneuverability. It’s equipped with a Zuidberg powershift for easy starts, requiring only 210 HP for operation. Features include an exclusive step floor design and overlapping aggressive full-flighted augers, producing an even front to back mix and a rapid and complete cleanout. These augers are driven by our proven heavy duty multi-stage planetary gearboxes designed for large capacities and resistance to overloading.

The FS Series mixers are all-purpose mixers with a full frame and 4-point scale system, front or side discharge with a wide array of conveyor options, and a number of available tire and axle configurations. Multiple exclusive carbide knives are available on our aggressive full flighted auger, driven by a heavy duty multi-stage planetary gearbox specifically designed to handle large capacities and resistance to overloading.

All S and FS series mixers are available in a stationary configuration.
